Harmony Central Chorus is Des Moines' and Central Iowa's premier women's chorus, providing the finest in a cappella and barbershop harmonies.  This award-winning chorus has provided Central Iowa women with the opportunity to perform and compete both regionally and internationally since 1956.  Made up of a diverse group of women of all ages, Harmony Central most recently won second place in the mid-sized chorus division at its four state regional competition.  Not only does this group offer a unique opportunity for women to sing and perform, there are many leadership opportunities available both musically and administratively.  We invite divas who are looking for an opportunity to sing to join us on Tuesday evenings at our rehearsal site at Southridge Mall (S.E. 14th and Army Post Road) from 7:00 - 10:00 pm.   Try us on for size!
